Ezra Parter is a comedian, actor, and writer who does standup, improv, and sketch comedy all over LA, and has been featured in TV and video projects like :

  • Bothered on IndieFlix and Apple TV

  • Laff Mobb’s Laff Tracks on TruTV

  • Nail Tech by Jack Harlow

Ezra grew up in Madison, WI until moving to Seattle, WA just before high school, where - Look, we both know the author of this page is Ezra, and that Ezra writing in the third person is getting uncomfortable for both of us. So I’m abandoning that to write like a person.

I loved living in Seattle, and stayed for college at the University of Washington. Majoring in History there with a focus on the History of Science was very interesting! But I didn’t know I wanted to do comedy yet.

I tried stand up for the first time shortly after graduating and co-founded sketch group Getting Naked with Friends, which grew into festival headliners with packed audiences. To keep up with the great actors in that group, I started training with Jet City Improv, found myself loving acting, and went to Chicago, then New York, and now Los Angeles to study it more closely.

I’ve been in classes with UCB, The Groundlings, Second City, The Pack, Jet City, iO, and Studio 24/7. You can catch me on Harold Night at UCB, with my sketch comedy group Public Breakup at the Broadwater Theater, and all over the internet with The Daily Misinformer.
